Trellis 2 example output

Trellis 2

3 seconds per model. Open source. 4 billion parameters.

The fastest image-to-3D model on the platform. Uses a sparse voxel architecture with flow-matching transformers. Generates a textured 3D model in as little as 3 seconds. Handles complex topologies, sharp features, and transparency. Full PBR material support.

How it works

01

Describe or upload

Type a text description of the 3D model you need, or upload reference images from 1-4 angles.

02

Choose your model

Pick a 3D generation model and configure settings. See the credit cost before you generate.

03

Generate and export

Your 3D model is ready in seconds. Download in FBX, GLB, OBJ, or other formats for your pipeline.

The fastest image-to-3D model available.

Speed changes how you use 3D. At 3 seconds per generation, Trellis 2 makes 3D models as disposable as sketches. Test an idea, evaluate it in three dimensions, discard it, try another. Ten iterations in under a minute. This is not a replacement for production modelling. It is a thinking tool that lets you explore spatial ideas at the speed of thought.

Under the hood, Trellis 2 uses a sparse voxel architecture with flow-matching transformers. The 4-billion parameter model processes an input image into a structured latent space, then decodes it into a textured mesh. The sparse voxel approach handles complex topologies that trip up other models: thin structures, sharp edges, transparency, and disconnected geometry all reconstruct cleanly.

The practical workflow is draft and refine. Generate a quick Trellis model to validate proportions, topology, and overall form. If the concept works, feed the same reference image into Meshy v6 or Meshy v5 Multi for a production-quality version with full PBR textures and export options. Trellis handles the exploration phase. Meshy handles the production phase.

3 seconds from image to model

Upload a photo, sketch, or render and receive a textured 3D model in approximately 3 seconds. Fast enough for real-time concept exploration during a design review or client meeting. Generate dozens of variations without waiting.

Complex geometry handled

The sparse voxel architecture reconstructs thin structures (table legs, railings, antennae), sharp edges (architectural details, mechanical parts), and transparency (glass, mesh, foliage) that other image-to-3D models struggle with. The 4B parameter scale gives it enough capacity to handle real-world complexity.

Draft with Trellis, refine with Meshy

Use Trellis 2 as your spatial sketchpad. Validate an idea in 3 seconds, then promote the best concepts to Meshy v6 (text-to-3D) or Meshy v5 Multi (image-to-3D) for production-quality output with PBR textures and multi-format export. The two-stage workflow saves time and budget.
