Seedance 2.0 Fast uses the same dual-branch Multi-Modal Diffusion Transformer as the standard endpoint, with reduced temporal processing passes. Generation times are roughly half of the standard quality endpoint, making it ideal for testing prompts and iterating on compositions before committing to a final render.
Available on every Stensyl plan, including Free. Both Fast and the Standard endpoint are on every plan, so the choice is purely about speed and cost, not access: Fast trades a little fidelity for roughly half the generation time and a lower credit cost. Same content filters, same multi-modal reference system, same native audio generation.
Use Fast mode to find what works. Test different prompts, camera angles, and reference combinations. When you have a keeper, switch to Seedance 2.0 Standard for the final render at maximum quality. Or use Fast for all your production work if the quality meets your needs.
